Exchange Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Exchange Policy.

We allow the Exchange of the items purchased from SAHELI CREATIONS within 4 Days From the date of delivery as mentioned below.

Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Please note that shipping costs in case of an exchange or change of mind/size should be borne by the customer.

SAHELI CREATIONS will bear the cost of shipping in case you have received a damaged/defective product.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Policy

Shipping all over India is free, for international customers shipping charges are levied to their postal code, and in case of any size exchange or item exchange, shipping charges need to be paid by the customer for both ways.

Our product will be delivered with minimum and maximum delivery timelines.

Product will take minimum 0 (zero days) and maximum 25 ( fifteen) days to be delivered in India or abroad.
